Simple upgrades such as repairing windows, doorknobs, dripping faucets, burned out light bulbs etc. will instantly brighten up your property.  Most buyers want to see a home that has been well maintained and cared for - no matter how dated the fixtures may be.  If a room needs a fresh coat of paint, better to do it before the property goes on the market.  We'll help with a few ideas, and provide the names of trusted service companies to help.


3. Inspections.

We will provide you with a  copy of the Sellers Property Disclosure Statement so you'll know what questions to expect from the Buyer about your home. This form is requested by MLS when your listing is submitted. Some items that you should disclose to the buyer prior to purchasing your home are age of roof, any known problems with mechanical or structural, any hidden defects.   This can also help to prevent any surprises or issues after a home inspection, and save any headaches for you after the sale completes.


4. Staging.
Once your home is in the best physical shape possible, it is ready to be presented to the market.  Staging is what brings out the very best features of your home.  We will help by suggesting great ideas that will make the best pictures.  This usually starts by packing up nic-nacs and personal pictures, de-cluttering countertops and spaces that need to be enjoyed.  At times, a professional Home Stager such as talented Sally Weatherley from Exit Stage Right is employed to add the WOW FACTOR to your property and increase your profit and saleability.

5.  Action. It's Time to Show and Shine!

Presenting your property to potential buyers is a job that we will take care of for you. Buyers feel more comfortable discussing the property with the agent, if you are not there. Your agent will know what information will be most useful in representing your interests when speaking with prospective buyers.
