Born in Winnipeg Manitoba, you will be comfortable with the down-to-earth personality that this true Canadian Prairie girl has! Wendy’s family relocated to Windsor, Ontario when she was young. Active in sports, she grew up with the influences of Motown Music, the Detroit Red Wings and Tiger Baseball. Educated at U of W – business and fine arts – she pursued a career in Photography after completing the courses at St Clair College, and a successful apprenticeship with renown photographer, Spike Bell. Wendy believes in the concept of being a Lifetime Learner. She has attended many courses and seminars over the years to keep her on the cutting edge – from computer courses to Mandarin Chinese and Spanish language – sales and marketing to legal issues. Wendy is actively involved in both her church and community. At South Delta Baptist Church, she has served in children’s and youth programs for many years, and now volunteers time to provide care and comfort to those in need. She has also volunteered at Delta Hospice Thrift Store, Children’s Miracle Network- BC Children’s Hospital Miracle Weekend and enjoys being available to work on special projects and fund raisers. Favourite places to travel? Mexico in the winter. The Okanagan Wine Country in the autumn. A road trip to Whistler, Harrison Hot Springs or a weekend to the Oregon Coast – Wendy knows the importance to both herself and her clients to recharge and refresh. Living in such a world class city like Vancouver, it's easy to find many interesting and fun activities to participate in locally.
